RRB Technician notification குறிப்புமேலே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள க்ரேட் 1 பணியிடத்திற்கு BSC (Physics, Electronics, Computer science, Instrumentation, Information technology) தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். க்ரேட் 3 பணியிடத்திற்கு பணிக்கு தகுந்தார் போல் ITI தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

ரயில்வே தேர்வு வாரியம்(RRB) வெளியிட்டுள்ள ரயில் ஓட்டுனர் மற்றும் டெக்னீசியன் பணியிடத்திற்கான தேர்வு அக்டோபர் மாதம் தொடங்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்னும் ஆறு மாதங்கள் தேர்விற்கான கால அவகாசம் இருப்பதால் மாணவர்கள் தங்களை நன்றாக தயார் படுத்திக் கொண்டால் இந்த தேர்வில் எளிதாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்று விடலாம்.
RRB தேர்வை பொருத்தவரை கணிதம்,அறிவுக்கூர்மை, அறிவியல் மற்றும் பொது அறிவியல் பாடப்பகுதியில் இருந்து கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படும். இதில் மாணவர்கள் அதிக மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுக்கும் பகுதியாக இருப்பது அறிவியல் பகுதியாகும். அதிலும் குறிப்பாக NCERT எனப்படும் புத்தகத்திலிருந்து நேரடியாக கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படுகிறது. மாணவர்களுக்கு NCERT புத்தகத்தில் ஆங்கிலத்தில் இருக்கும் பாடத்தை அப்படியே தமிழில் எளிதாக புரியுமாறு பாடங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு youtube பக்கத்தில் அப்லோட் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அதனை பார்த்த பின்னர் மாணவர்கள் தங்களின் அறிவுத்திறனை சோதித்து கொள்வதற்காக இங்கு இலவசமாக பயிற்சி வினாக்களும் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த பயிற்சி வினாக்களை மாணவர்கள் பயிற்சி செய்து தங்களை சுயபரிசோதனை செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். அப்போதுதான் எந்த பாடத்திட்டத்தில் தேர்வர்கள் மேலும் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்று பரிசோதனை செய்ய முடியும்.
டெக்னீசியன் தேர்வில் ஐடிஐ படித்த மாணவர்களுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பு அதிக அளவில் உள்ளதால் பத்தாம் வகுப்பிற்கு பிறகு மாணவர்களை ஐடிஐ படிப்பில் சேர ஊக்கப்படுத்த வேண்டும். இரண்டு வருட ஐடிஐ படிப்பிலான பிட்டர், எலக்ட்ரீசியன், மிசினிஸ்ட் போன்ற படிப்புகளும் ஒரு வருட படிப்புகளான மெக்கானிக்கல் டீசல், ஒயர் மேன் போன்ற படிப்புகளும் மிகவும் முக்கியம். இந்த தொழில் பயிற்சி படிப்பை முடித்த மாணவர்களுக்கு அரசு வேலை அதிகம் இருப்பதால் மாணவர்கள் அதனை தேர்வு செய்து படிக்க வேண்டும்.
நன்கு படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் என்றால் ஐடிஐ படித்த பின்னர் ஏதேனும் ஒரு பட்டப்படிப்பை படிப்பை மேற்கொள்ளலாம். இதன் மூலமாக வேலை வாய்ப்பு சிறந்த பிறகு அவர்கள் மேற்பனிகளுக்கு செல்வதற்கு வழிவகுக்கும். அரசு வேலைக்கு எந்த படிப்பை படித்தால் வேலை கிடைக்கும் என்பதனை தேர்வு செய்து படித்தால் எளிதாக அரசு வேலையை பெறலாம்.
